Eligibility for Refund
- Australia-wide only: This policy applies to orders delivered within Australia.
- Timeframe: You must contact us and return the item within 7 days of delivery.
- Original condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with packaging.
- Loss in value: The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition (as agreed with us).
Returns
- We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, unwanted gifts, no longer needing the item, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect on arrival.
- All returns must be approved before the item is sent back.
Refunds
- Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Return fees: Shipping cost of $10.50 and handling fees (1%) are deducted from the refund amount.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we confirm receipt and inspection.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and full instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund (minus original shipping fees).
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or customised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

- Contact our team at info@zewory.com.au or fill out the contact us form within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos/video if applicable, and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll provide a prepaid label and return address for eligible items only. Please read the above terms and conditions carefully.
